The
Media Sales Institute ((MSI) was launched in 2001 at
Howard University Washington, DC and expanded five years
later to Florida A&M University. In 2007 the University
of North Texas was selected to host a third MSI. The
MSI is held annually and plans are in the works to establish
twenty additional Institutes nationally.
The
launch and expansions of the Media Sales Institute have
been made possible by both, the NAB Education Foundation
(NABEF) and the National Association of Black Owned
Broadcasters (NABOB) Telecommunication Education Foundation.
